Return & Refund Policy

At SSI Elegance Essences, customer satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer the following return and refund policy.

14-Day Performance Guarantee (Used Products)

We are confident in the quality and performance of our perfumes.

If you have used less than 5% of your perfume and are not satisfied with its performance, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

To qualify:

• The bottle must contain at least 95% of its original contents.

• The product must not be intentionally damaged or altered.

• Proof of purchase is required.

30-Day Return Policy (Unused Products)

Unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition.

• In its original packaging.

• Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at cs@ssiee.ca with your order number and photos of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Tester Sizes

• Gift Cards

• Clearance and Final Sale items

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before requesting a return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you would like.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
