We're committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. That's why we offer a 14-day return policy, giving you ample time to assess your purchase.

To initiate a return, please ensure the item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Don't forget your receipt or proof of purchase. Simply contact us at cs@ssiee.ca to start the return process. Remember, returns must be sent to our designated address: Inside Memon Supermarket, first store at your right: 1899 Brock Road, Pickering, ON L1V 4H7, Canada.

Once your return is accepted, we'll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately. We'll promptly address the issue to ensure your satisfaction.

While most items are eligible for return, certain exclusions apply, such as Perfumes 15 ML, Bakhoors, and Attars. If you have any concerns about specific items, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

For exchanges, the quickest option is to return the item and place a new order for the desired item.

Customers in the European Union benefit from a 14-day cooling-off period, during which they can cancel or return their order for any reason, without justification. As with other returns, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

We understand the importance of a long-lasting fragrance. If your perfume doesn't maintain its scent on your clothes for at least 4 hours, you're entitled to a return within the 14-day window.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of its approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process refunds.
